Indoor Tennis Center & Artificial Turf Facility

In October 2000, Dartmouth College opened a new sports complex consisting of one of the most advanced indoor tennis centers in the nation as well as state-of-the-art practice and playing facilities for a variety of field sports.
The project site comprised 28 acres of land abutting a prominent residential neighborhood. Alleviating neighbor's concerns over noise, light pollution and unattractive views was critical to the successful permitting of the project. Saucier + Flynn worked closely with the client, the project team, and various consultants to ensure that the new facility would satisfactorily meet the needs of the College while respecting the rights of the neighbors.
