Campus Landscape Design Guidelines

The Trustees of Kimball Union Academy were concerned that deferred maintenance and routine cultivation were slowly eroding the traditional character of the campus landscape. To stem further erosion and provide a foundation for future expansion, the school commissioned Saucier + Flynn to develop a comprehensive set of landscape design guidelines. The guidelines are a working document that provides a framework for preserving the historical integrity of the campus aesthetic while facilitating an efficient and economical landscape management program.
