Landscape Master Plan
University of New Hampshire
Durham, New Hampshire
Located at the confluence of three distinct landscape systems, the University of New Hampshire occupies a unique topographic region. Influenced by the White Mountains, the Atlantic Ocean, and the fertile valleys of the area, The University of New Hampshire at Durham is a thought provoking landscape not typical of most college and university settings. More and more renown for its cutting edge environmental research, the University is actively seeking a community and landscape that is reflective of its environmental and sustainable scholarship.
Parterning with Ayers Saint Gross on the University's Campus Master Plan revision, Saucier + Flynn, Ltd. has been charged with the creation of a comprehensive Landscape Master Plan. The unique educational and environmental potentials of the Durham region will no doubt drive the Plan's direction.
