The Lebanon Marriott Residence Inn is located within the Centerra Business Park. The resource park, developed by Dartmouth College Real Estate Office, is an upscale business park that places a great deal of emphasis on the quality and character of the corporate landscape. In creating the landscape plan for the Marriott, Saucier + Flynn relied on a palette of indigenous plant material to reinforce the Inn’s unique sense of place and ensure the plan’s environmental integrity. Taking cues from the remnant landscape, an existing stonewall was preserved and enhanced to define the entrance drive and several outdoor spaces creating a lush and inviting landscape.
